He was heading few cross functional activities in the organisations. Mr. Sriharsha has in depth knowledge with respect to Team Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Operations, Sales and Business Development, Administration & Liaison arena, with the Strong analytical skills coupled with an impressive commitment to excellence and an ability to drive efficiency and financial performance improvements.
